Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Some items are handmade or made-to-order by our artists. These items may take longer to prepare, and expected timelines will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • We ship via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Free local pickup may be available for select items. If so, it will be offered at checkout.

Multiple Artist Orders

  • Because Junction Boutique represents multiple artists, items in your order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Each package will have its own tracking information, which will be shared once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • If you order multiple items, you may receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Junction Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at USPS and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
